North Dakota weather... played with our minds last week with the girls getting to play in mud puddles to this week that we can still have snowstorms and be dealing with flooding. Travis got a call Sunday afternoon to go by Beulah (Knife River) to water watch rise and be on the look out to close a road. He got back Monday morning then went back Monday afternoon. Tomorrow he will be up bright and early to go assess the bridge as it collapsed today and put up better road closed signs. Our house is not affected by the waters, however hoping that all affected by evacuation are okay and can return to their homes soon.
The pictures posted: A picture of Karli tonight trying to figure out Travis' work vest as we looked at the river. The girls playing in a mud puddle, later that week Aubrey took a dive - no pictures of that as I wasn't home to see that one, just saw the jeans, etc. that need some attention. And lastly, Karli one afternoon found discovery in the floor cleaners, Aubrey jumped right in to participate. No day is ever the same for us, just our routines for the most part.
